Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, you must submit your return request within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. For swimwear, the hygiene seal must still be intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

To request a return, please email us at bornzippy@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you are responsible for sending the item back to us. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
