Adaptive pyjamas and swimwear for children with additional needs

Born Zippy is an Irish brand of adaptive clothing for children with additional needs, founded by a mom of two. Our back-zip pyjamas discourage children from undressing at night, and our swim sets come with matching incontinence swim pants to protect dignity at the pool.

Customer Reviews

“Absolutely delighted with the swimsuit for my son. The pattern is adorable and the quality of the material is fab, exceeding my expectations. Such a well-made product. Lovely for him having the comfort and dignity of the swim pants. Highly recommend them.”

“Would highly recommend the boys' swim shorts from Born Zippy. Delivery came within a couple of days of ordering. The material is thick and soft, really high quality and comfortable. The elasticated waist is perfect for a growing boy too! The accompanying swim pants are well padded and a nice snug fit, perfect for a swim session. 5 Star product!”

“If you know, you know, we’ve been using back-zip onesies for the past 5 years, and honestly, we’ve tried every brand out there. Most of them didn’t last, they shrank, ripped, or were somehow outsmarted and taken off!

That’s why I was absolutely delighted to come across Born Zippy and an Irish company as well. You can tell this design was created by someone who truly understands the struggle. Every detail has been thought through.  It’s incredibly well made, reinforced in all the right places, and the strong velcro closure keeps everything secure. Best of all, there’s no room to wiggle out at the neck, which has always been a challenge for us.

This product is genuinely worth every penny. It’s made such a difference for us, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. I went straight online to buy a 2nd one after using the 1st one for a week. Thank you for creating something that actually works!”
